In such cases, ido126 will notify the Player and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before any final action is taken.

5.5 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a single-use bonus, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Players to guarantee bonus profits — constitutes a Restricted Activity and will result in the voiding of all bonuses and associated winnings.
6.1 All bets and game rounds on ido126 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bet selections before submission. ido126 will not reverse confirmed bets due to player error.
6.2 ido126 offers sports betting markets including but not limited to football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF), badminton, basketball, volleyball, MotoGP, and E-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile). Bet types include single bets, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator), Asian handicap, over/under, and outright markets.
6.3 In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account balance.

8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorization from ido126.
8.3 Any unauthorized use of ido126's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ido126 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
9.2 ido126 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features. ido126 will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
9.3 In the event of a technical malfunction that materially affects the outcome of a bet or game round, ido126 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and return stakes to the Players concerned. This constitutes ido126's entire liability in respect of such technical failures.
9.4 ido126's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ido126 account in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ido126's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10.1 Termination by Player: You may close your ido126 account at any time by contacting the Platform's support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within 5 business days.
10.2 Termination by ido126: ido126 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
10.3 Where an account is closed by ido126 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, ido126 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation and resolution of the breach. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent or prohibited means will be forfeited.
10.4 Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months will be designated as dormant. ido126 will make reasonable attempts to contact the Player before applying any dormant account fee. Dormant account fees, where applicable, will be displayed on the Platform's help documentation.
11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to internationally licensed online gaming operators. ido126 operates under an international gaming license and complies with the regulatory requirements of its licensing jurisdiction.

12.1 ido126 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus eligibility, or liability limitations — ido126 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by email to the registered address associated with each Player account.
12.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 10.
